The trick is:   To book from Cairo (Egypt) via Paris and Los Angeles to Tahiti in Business Class of Air France and Air Thaiti for about € 2100.
The last segments of the trip are carried out by Air Tahiti.   To start from Cairo will safe you about € 5000 in business class. Normal fare from Europe to Tahiti in Business Clas is arround € 7000.-
