Traveling to Bali

 

Traveling to Bali? Why not! as you know, the mount agung is still active, and there is no guarantee for eruption or not. But tourism in Bali is still in normal condition. The area is temporarily closed to the public only the area within a radius of 8 - 10 miles of the Mount Agung. So, you have not to worried about your activity in Bali, Kuta is 83 miles from Mount Agung,  Denpasar is 44 Miles, even Ubud is save for tourist, it's 37 miles from the mount agung. If you are still worried about your activity in East of Bali, why don't you try to visit West side of Bali? it is far from Ngurah rai airport, but there are many great spots with awesome view in west side. Most popular sites such as Taman Nasional Bali Barat (place for balinese birds "Jalak Bali"), Lovina beach, Menjangan Island (an Deer Island with Hindu sites), Pulaki Temple (Temple full with monkeys), Melanting Temple (Temple for bless your business), and many activities you can do almost for free, you only have to donate as you like except Diving, Snorkeling and visit Menjangan Island.

The most important when you are visit Bali is to avoid the Rainy season, because you won't be able to do much activity, that will be your bad time to find your excitement here in Bali. The rainy season normally falls between November or April.

About the best beach for Surfing, There are few options, depending on the difficulty of the waves itself. And the perfect beach to surfing are Medewi beach, Kuta beach, Balangan beach, Dream land beach, or Pandawa beach.

How often it is raining in the rainy season?  Are there some areas in Bali with less rain in this seasons?

These days rainy season is unpredictable, like now the rain only falls at 1st of November, and now its sunny.  And if this happens, normally rain will falls once a week or nothing at all.
